APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By clicking on the “accept” or “confirm” buttons during the registration process, you hereby agree to comply to all the Fullbet.com terms and conditions. In case of failure to comply, we will have no choice but to refer to strict measures such which may include account termination, forfeiture of funds or an extreme cases legal action against the player.

Fullbet.com poker uses software that runs off a remote server operated by Fullbet.com poker and each client operates as an end user for the Fullbet.com poker software. Fullbet.com poker is the sole owner and operator of the remote computer which hosts the server software. The individual end user will not be granted permission to the Server software, except through the designated operation of the Client software. The Client software will be available to the end user, under the terms and conditions specified in this agreement. Each individual end user will be given a unique player ID (in the form of a “Username”) and will use that to identify himself/herself to the software.

REGISTRATION AND THE GAMES

In order to play at Fullbet.com poker, a player is firstly required to register for an account ("Account") by selecting a unique player ID (“Username”) and a distinctive password as well as providing personal information such as first and last name, address, email and telephone number. By doing so, a player agrees to provide only correct and up to date information. Furthermore, a player agrees to update his/her personal information as necessary and to maintain it correct and up to date. By registering at Fullbet.com poker, a player will be granted access to both play money games and tournaments ("Play Money Games") and real money games and tournaments ("Real Money Games"), which are referred to as the Fullbet.com poker games ("Games"). A player is permitted to have only one account. A player can not be in possession of multiple player accounts nor can a player play through multiple accounts from the same computer/connection. A player’s account will be immediately locked if either he is in possession of more then one player account or tries to play with more then one account from the same computer/connection.

GENERAL RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE GAMES

INAPPROPRIATE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

Fullbet.com poker will not tolerate inappropriate or offensive language in multi-player Games or with Fullbet.com poker employees. Any infraction of this policy will conclude in suspension of player’s privileges and/or any other action that Fullbet.com poker deems fit to guarantee this rule.

NO WARRANTIES

Fullbet.com poker does not offer any warranty for the Software. The Software and any of its documentation is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, either inferred or expressed, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, suitability for a particular intent, or non-infringement. The user will accept full liability and will bear upon himself/herself any risk deriving from the use of the Software.

STOPPAGE, ALTERATION, TERMINATION AND ADDITON OF GAMES

The Fullbet.com poker administrators reserve the right to stop, alter, terminate and/or add any Game at their sole discretion and without any prior notice. In the event of such stoppage, alteration, termination or addition of any Game for any reason, Fullbet.com poker will not be held liable.

SOFTWARE ALTERATIONS

The end user under no circumstances may attempt to alter, decompile, reverse-engineer or dismantle the software in any way, shape or form.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fullbet.com poker shall not be held liable or accountable under no circumstances, including negligence, for any special, circumstantial, incidental, or paramount damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business means, interruption of business activities, loss of information, or any other financial losses) due to the use (or misuse) of the Software. Under no circumstance, shall Fullbet.com poker be held accountable for any malfunction of the software, bugs or viruses, which may result in lost of data or any other damages that an end user might incur to his/her computer hardware or software. Furthermore, Fullbet.com poker is not required or obliged to provide a mirror network, backup network and/or secondary systems.

SECURITY

By using the Fullbet.com poker Software, the user agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use through his/her Username and Password. The User is responsible for keeping his/her Username and Password private and confidential. The User will bear full responsibility for any unauthorized use his/her Username and Password and Fullbet.com poker will not be held liable for any misuse of user information. Therefore, any liability from the unauthorized use of Username and Password shall be solely on the user.

PERSONAL USE

Fullbet.com poker strictly forbids any commercial use of the Software. The User is permitted to place wagers for his/her personal entertainment only. The user agrees that his/her sole use of Fullbet.com poker Software is for personal (and not commercial) benefit. All users at Fullbet.com poker are required beforehand to verify the laws regarding gambling which reside in the place where the user’s software is used to determine any or all regulations and act in conjunction with those regulations.

TERMINATION

Fullbet.com poker reserves the right, without any prior notification, to terminate this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT if the user fails to adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement. In case of such an event, the user must eliminate any and all of the Fullbet.com poker Software copies in his/her possession.

DISPUTES

If case a user wishes to content the outcome of any of the Games or any other activity at Fullbet.com poker, the user must submit his/her grievance to Fullbet.com poker in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event by electronic mail to the support department.

DISCLOSURE OF FRAUDULENT AND ILLIGAL ACTIVITIES

In case an illegal collaboration is suspected, please inform at once to the support manager who will initialize a full investigation. If a user has been found to have been cheating or attempting to defraud the Games or Fullbet.com poker in any way, shape or form including, but not limited to, game manipulation or monetary fraud , or in case a user has been noticed making false and/or malicious allegations with regard to Fullbet.com poker operations, Fullbet.com poker reserves the right to make the user’s actions publicly known along with the user’s identity and e-mail address, as well as to pass around this information to any other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and anyone else that Fullbet.com poker feels fit. Furthermore, Fullbet.com poker reserves the right to close any accounts that the user might have as well as confiscate account balances that that a user might have at Fullbet.com poker or at any other website, casino, or business owned by Fullbet.com poker.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT, ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

By using Fullbet.com poker software, the user fully understands and agrees to be held liable by the terms and conditions contained herein and as altered and/or amended periodically. Fullbet.com poker reserves the right to alter and amend this Agreement at any time that deems fit with or without notice to the user. Such amendments will immediately be put into effect upon being made public at Fullbet.com poker website. It is the user’s sole responsibility to review this Agreement and amendments hereto every time before playing any or all Games at Fullbet.com poker. The terms and conditions contained herein represent the full and final agreement between the user and Fullbet.com poker and annul any and all prior agreements, representations or statements made by Fullbet.com poker.
